For those of you who follow Groovy Bingo you'll know that while we run an on-line operation here, we still love hearing how good old land based bingo is doing these days, and as reported recently on this site Mecca Bingo was fighting back with a new super Bingo club Mecca Beeston, in Nottinghamshire.
Well it appears Mecca Beeston is intent on staying in the headlines. Visitors at the new Mecca Beeston got the shock of their lives the other day when all their food and drinks were served to them by Butlers in the Buff.
Meeca Beston opened up earlier this month fully equipped with new game-play technology and live entertainment. It's set to change the face of bingo, and will surely attract more plays from a wider walk of life.
The butlers in the buff were invited by the Mecca Club Manager Jay Murray who wanted to put a smile on his customers faces as they were being served food and drinks.
Mecca Beeston has got two bingo rooms, one which is a no hush bingo room where Mecca members can watch live entertainment, chat to their friends and relax not having to worry about disturbing the game for others. The second room caters for people who like to concentrate more on their bingo playing and enjoys a more traditional form of bingo.
